Terms of Service 

As you can see from my bio page, I  am a Tucson artist creating original work on canvas and paper as well as unique one of a kind ceramics.

1. Ordering/Billing: You can remain confident that our ordering system is secure  and your contact information will remain confidential – we do not share/sell any of our customers contact information. It is used solely to process and ship your order.  Payments accepted are cash, check and credit card.

Once we receive and process your payment we will pack and ship your artwork. Most shipments are made within 3-5 days.


2. Cancellations/Returns: Cancellations allowed prior to items being packed. Once packed there is a restocking charge to cancel of 25%. Once items are shipped they can be returned if prior authorization received. It is up to customer to pay return shipping fee. Items will be refunded once received if in good resellable condition. If not no refund can be made.

Refunds for damaged items will be handled on an order by order basis. Please contact our office at 1-602-350-0717 or info@jeffferst.com for assistance. Damages caused during shipping can be handled directly by you with the shipping company.
